What is Stericycle Schedule & SaveSM?
Stericycle Schedule & SaveSM is a product subscription program that helps you save both
time and money. It allows you to have access to a great selection of products that your
office needs on a daily basis sent to you on a frequency of your choice. 

How do I create a new Schedule & SaveSM order?
It is as easy as 1-2-3 to set up a new subscription with Schedule & SaveSM.

  1. Click on Schedule & SaveSM in the header.
  2. Browse from our wide range of products.
  3. Call a Healthcare Product Specialist at 866-783-3155 to schedule
    the items to be delivered on a frequency that fits your needs

Can I schedule the frequency of shipments?
Yes, with Schedule & SaveSM you can set the schedule that best fits your needs. We can
ship anywhere between twice a year to weekly.

Can I change a Schedule & SaveSM order once I start it?
Yes, you are able to update your delivery date, item quantity, size, add or remove
products, as part of your subscription at any time. We do require at least 7 days notice
prior to the shipment date to guarantee the changes in our system. All changes can be
made by contacting a Healthcare Product Specialist at 866-783-3155 .

Can I skip my current order?

You may skip an order with 7 days advance notice of the schedule delivery date by
contacting a Healthcare Product Specialist at 866-783-3155 .

When will I be charged?

Stericycle Schedule & SaveSM allows you the benefit to budget your healthcare product
expenses throughout the year. Your Schedule & SaveSM orders will be billed the entire amount of your order after
your order has shipped on your next monthly invoice.

What are the different ways I can pay for my subscription?
You are able to pay for Schedule & SaveSM by logging into your account
where you are able to pay online, via credit card or e-check. You may also register for
paperless invoices and AutoPay.

Can I return items from my Schedule & SaveSM?
You can return your unused Schedule & SaveSM products within 30 days from the initial
shipment date and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee for each return shipment.
