Due to high demand for COVID-19 related items, orders may be on backorder for a minimum of 8 weeks. These items include, but are not limited to, face masks, gloves, sanitizers, disinfectant sprays and wipes. Currently, disinfectant sprays, wipes and face masks have no estimated ship dates from our vendors.

These items are available for backorder and there are no returns or exchanges once they have shipped.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most items if requested within 30 days from the shipment date. These items should be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. Please report miss-picks (wrong item), errors in quantity (over/short) and damages within five (5) business days of receipt. Special order returns are at our discretion on a case by case basis. Pricing errors must be reported within 10 business days from the invoice date. If you would like to make a return or exchange, please contact the Products Department or Customer Experience team by phone or email to start the return process.
Request for a return must include the following information:
  • Customer account number order was processed under.
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
All returns will be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%, up to 50% depending on the condition of the items. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If you would like to return or exchange your item, you must contact us before sending it back. Items returned to us without notification will not be eligible for a credit or exchange and will be sent back at the customers expense with charges added to the next invoice.
  • Used
  • Damaged product reported more than (5) business days after receipt.
  • Items not in saleable condition
  • Items sold as non-returnable
  • Special orders (returned at our discretion)
  • Returned more than 60 days after delivery
  • Returned without notification
Expedited Orders. Expedited orders will be shipped at the customers expense unless pre-approved by Stericycle Product Representative prior to shipment. Costs associated with expedited shipping shall be added to the next monthly invoice.
The items are being sold “as is,” and Stericycle disclaims all warranties of quality, whether express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. The Buyer acknowledges that it has not been induced by any statements or representations of any person with respect to the quality or condition of the Supplies and that no such statements or representations have been made.
