Due to ongoing supply chain issues, labor challenges and the high demand for Sharps, Chemotherapy, Pharmaceutical and RCRA containers, items may be on backorder with the vendor for an extended amount of time.

Due to the increase in calls and emails, waiting times may be longer than usual. Please note, quoted lead times are estimated and are subject to change on a daily basis.

Shipping Policy

Most orders placed before 3:00 p.m. (Central Time) will normally ship the same business day via small parcel shipper (primarily UPS ground service). Orders placed on any non-business day will normally ship the next business day. Delivery times vary; however, most orders will arrive within 3-10 business days of the order date. Prices stated are F.O.B. origin, freight prepaid to destination as specified in the order. A shipping and handling fee, which includes internal handling and related costs, is applied at the time of each order and reflected on the customer’s invoice.  Separate receipts for shipping and handling charges will not be furnished.

Stericycle website and fulfillment centers do not ship or bill COD or to addresses outside the contiguous United States. For more information, contact a Stericycle product specialist at 866.783.3155.

Terms and conditions may vary when other delivery methods or services are used. Any additional charges incurred for other delivery methods or services must be paid by customer.

Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, customer’s only recourse is to file a claim with the carrier.

Items on back-order: If an item is on back-order, we will make every effort to contact the customer directly with an estimated delivery time. In an effort to limit the customer shipping charges, orders will not be split into multiple shipments.
